Follow these simple steps to place an order:
Select an image(s) and make a note of the reference(s) e.g. L1, the title and the price. Each leather artwork is unique and therefore is only available in the size shown. If the panel is marked as SOLD then this is no longer available.
Fill in the form on this page with your request, including the reference, title and price of requested item(s).
Janine generally replies to a request within 48 hours and will let you know when she can get your order to you. Janine states a general delivery time of three weeks, although most requests are filled quicker. Not all works are already framed and so delivery time will depend on framing needs. If you require a piece quickly Janine may be able to oblige, so please do ask.

How do you deliver my order and how much will it cost?
All panels are sent by Parcelforce48. Postage is free in the UK, a charge is made on deliveries outside the UK – this will vary depending on order, it’s size and weight.
Can you send my purchase to a third party if it is a gift?
Yes, Janine can, and she will gift-wrap it at no extra charge. Janine will also send a gift card, so don’t forget to include a message to put on it e.g. Dear Lou, Happy 40th, Love Claire and Rowan.
How and when do I pay?
Generally, Janine invoices you, the buyer, and sends this with your order (unless being sent as a gift). Payment is due only on your receipt of the order. Payment by cheque or bank transfer is preferred and payment details can be found on the invoice.
Why do you not have a shopping cart facility?
The thing Janine likes about attending fairs and selling directly to her customers is meeting them face to face. Taking orders by email or over the phone means that, hopefully, you feel like a relationship is built up and Janine gets to learn a bit about you and the stories behind your purchases. It feels a lot less soulless to her.
